Want an authentic experience in the Italian capital? Join a cooking class on the terrace, with a splendid view over the rooftops of Rome. You will learn how to make some of the best-loved Roman and Italian dishes in a relaxed and engaging environment.
The initiative is organised by Maison D'Art Collection in collaboration with the Chef Gourmet cooking and pastry school, and takes place on the panoramic terrace of Hotel 77****.
A professional chef will guide you step by step: from preparing the dough to making fresh pasta, to cooking and pairing it with typical sauces. At the end, you will be able to enjoy the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by a glass of bubbly, in the tranquillity of a terrace reserved only for your group.

Cooking class with market visit
Before the class, you will visit with the chef the market in Via Cesare Balbo, near the hotel, to buy fresh ingredients together. You will then return to the kitchen to begin preparation.
